Yet Another Blog for Me

Perhaps this time inspiration will stay with me and I will do something with it. But it will likely wait until November...for NaBloPoMo. See you then...

A Few Words of Welcome...and explanation

This blog came about because I enjoy trying new recipes and always try at least one or two per month. Then in August it occurred to me that it'd be fun to blog my first attempts at a whole month's worth of recipes. So since then my poor patient husband has been enduring one or two or more per week. He's a good sport.

A few notes about my cooking and this blog in general.

* I rarely, if ever, follow a recipe exactly. Be prepared for alterations.

*Not all of these recipes are for food...some are for household cleaners, at least one is for a craft.

*As of this date (10/29/10) I only have 23 recipes completed. HA. I must find new things to make.

*Every recipe has a picture, but be forewarned that I am not a professional food photographer.

*If you are a regular reader of my Dairy Daze blog, some of these will be familiar to you. I am not hesitating to double post them. Ummm...like the cleaner recipes...it never hurts to post them again, IMHO.
